Cougars Release Goaltender Tavin Grant

The Prince George Cougars Hockey Club have made a roster move in regards to their goaltending situation.

Recently, the Cougars placed the 20-year-old goaltender Tavin Grant on WHL waivers. Grant went through waivers unclaimed and after consideration regarding the goaltending situation this coming season, management decided to release Grant prior to the start of the season, in order to give him ample opportunity to explore further playing options.

“The Cougars organization wants to thank Tavin for his dedication to our team and wish him all the best in his future hockey endeavors,” stated General Manager Mark Lamb.
